Bleach Movie 2: Diamond Dust

While squad ten is helping to protect the King's Seal as it is transported, a mysterious set of three people attack and make off with it. Captain Hitsugaya goes after the main attacker only to end up collapsing near Ichigo's house. Rather than accepting Ichigo's offer for help, Hitsugaya attacks him and runs off leaving is Haori behind. In Soul Society, all of squad 10 is put on house arrest and the place is in chaos. Eventually it is revealed that the thief of the King's Seal is an old classmate of Hitsugaya's that was killed to decide who should wield the Zanpakuto that they both had(the one whose name I cannot spell :P). He wants Hitsugaya's help to destroy Soul Society.

So, I decided to watch the Bleach movie Diamond Dust. It was so awesome. I really liked learning more about my favorite captain. I don't have the plot, so I'll just sum it up in my own words.

Well, I would put in the end, but that would spoil more than I have. :P

Anyway, I really love how I get to learn about Hitsugaya in this movie. He's my favorite character in the Bleach Series, after all. Similar to my reaction in "Fade to Black" I was squealing in screaming and yelling during the entire movie. It's fantastic and something I would watch a lot. It easily ties for first place in my favorite movie. It features all the captains and even talks about the betrayal of Gin at one point(though Renji shouldn't have mentioned it, if you ask me.) It obviously takes place further in the series than I actually am, but I accept that. I have a brief understanding of who the Vaizards(prolly spelled that wrong) and Arrancar(prolly spelled that wrong to) are. In other words, I know they're evil people.

So, I'm sorry the review is so short, but I'm running on hot cocoa and trying to stay awake(I'm sick, sadly. D: I can't help it...)

So, here are some pics from the movie:

Bleach

Bleach

I may be only on Episode 110, but I felt like reviewing Bleach since I love it so much.

[From Animefreak.tv]
15 year old Kurosaki Ichigo is not your everyday high school student. He has from as far he can remember always had the ability to see ghosts and spirits. A fateful day arrives as Ichigo encounters the shinigami Kuchiki Rukia, who saves him and his family from a Hollow at the cost of injuring herself. During this encounter, with Rukia unable to defeat the hollow she transfers her shinigami powers into Ichigo. In the aftermath, unable to continue with her job, Rukia allows Ichigo to take on the role of a shinigami in her place as they together defeat the Hollows plaguing Ichigo's town. Based on the manga by Tite Kubo.

The Anime itself is fun to watch. I have favorite characters, I have least favorite characters(fittingly enough, two of them ended up being bad guys). I write Bleach fan fictions all the time, I love it so much. So this anime itself is a lot of fun to watch and I really love the action. I was watching "Fade to Black" (one of the movies) and I was squealing and kicking my legs in the air when Renji decided to help Ichigo.

Now, for Character reviews:

Ichigo Kurosaki
Kurosaki Ichigo(as they say in the anime since surnames come first) is has his heart in the right place. He's funny and someone I love watching. His belief and determination is excellent. Even when fighting the Bounts, he was awesome! GO ICHIGO! Oh, and I might as well tell you that I call the weird Ichigo in his head(the one with white hair and skin) Alter-Ichi because he's an alternate Ichigo! I actually shout at the T.V. "Resort to Alter-Ichi! You're gonna die if you don't! T.T"

Orihime Inoue
She appears to be a real idiot. My question is: is she genuinely stupid or does she hide her brains? Anyway, I think she has a good heart, but she's not cut out for battle. She's like a healer in most video games: she's too squishy(meaning she appears too weak. Looking at how she isn't determined to kill while fighting, it's true). She's one of the few characters I would prefer not seeing again.

Ishida Uryu
Ishida's a true nerd. He is fantastic when it comes to sowing(I would say the masculine form a seamstress, but I dunno what it is). He is a bit serious but he strikes me as an idiot. If he never gets back his powers, he should either go into the hospital business or sowing. Oh, but I do like him. He's a cool character. I actually don't mind episodes with him in it! ^.^

Sado, often called Chad.
Chad is cool. He is really strong but doesn't like using his strength unless needed. I liked when they were going to Soul Society to save Rukia and his response to being offered a drink was, "I'm underage." ^.^ Love it! I love watching episodes with him in them!

Rukia's pose(holding out the peace signs) makes me die of laughter...
Rukia isn't my fave character. She's confusing and not well told in my eyes. She seems flat, I don't know why. And I've watched two bleach movies plus only 110 episodes of Bleach and they have to rescue her in an entire area of the series and one movie. Ick. I prefer not seeing her.

Luv how Renji's yelling at Rukia in this pic...
Renji is one of my fave characters. Of course, I see him as a bit stupid, but I still like him. He is cool and I really love episodes with him in them(especially when he's in Kurakura town, or whatever Ichigo's town is since he bugs Ichigo during school). ^.^ And when he stays are Urahara's shop... "You can have seconds, Freeloader." "Oh, don't bug Reji. He can't help being a Freeloader."

Not only does this pic make me LOL, but it has Hanataro(he's the one hiding)
Hanataro! *topples* I love Hanataro! He's an utter failure, which makes him cool! He is absolutely hopeless! And he was in Ichigo's hometown, probably to help with the Bounts, but he was working at a convenience store with Ganju! ROFL!

Ganju and his boar...
Ganju's an idiot. Bottom line. I can't help but say it's so. And sadly, that's all I can say.

Hitsugaya looks good in anything
Captain Hitsugaya is so awesome! He's mature and smart. He really keeps squad ten going and offers to do missions that no one else wants. He's soooooo cool! ^.^ He is my fave character by far! Go Hitsugaya!

Even his hair fears him...
When it comes to Kenpachi Zaraki, I picture him with the song "Can't Touch This." Nothing scratches him. Except Ichigo(the pic is prolly from his fight with Ichigo). He has such high spiritual pressure that he can't be cut. Awesome, right? And he goes around with his lieutenant on his shoulder...

-
I'm gonna stop reviews here. There are WAY too many characters to review every single one...

Here are random pics, though:

I don't mind Byakuya and all, but I really love this photo I found! *dies of laughter*
Totally something that belongs with a picture of Kenpachi Zaraki...
Only he can high-five a giant without being pummeled...
I knew he was gonna be evil the moment I saw his face...
OMG! KAWAII! But I shall forever be loyal to Hitsugaya!
True...Poor Kon...
Especially if he's Hitsugaya! ^.^
Didn't this happen in the anime...I mean, shortly after they rescued Rukia. I thought it was HILARIOUS!

I understand the feelings since she's insane and really fast, but I'm still more afraid of Kenpachi...

Dude, LOL!!!
Gotta love that face...

Lol...

Did I mention I thought he was evil the moment I saw him?
Do I even want to know?

Matrix: BLEACH STYLE!

D. Gray Man

D.Gray-man

Some people may see it as stupid to review an anime that I have yet to finish. Let me tell you, I have gotten as far as I can. The rest of the anime is subbed, and it's hard to start an anime one way and then finish it the other(that's why I struggle with Bleach movies that are dubbed)
Anyway, let's review D. Gray Man.

[From Animefreak.tv]
Towards the end of the 19th century, Allen Walker officially joins the organization of Exorcists that destroy the beings known as Akuma; mechanic weapons made by the Millennium Earl with the suffering souls of the dead. Allen has both a cursed eye and an anti-Akuma weapon as an arm, bearing the power of "Innocence", a gift given to him as an apostle of God. Allen, along with his fellow Exorcists must put a stop to the Millennium Earl's ultimate plot that could lead to the destruction of the world and all who live on it.

Now, the anime itself is fun to watch. I really enjoyed laughing along. When Krory showed up, I formed a guess as to who he was. I was wrong(I'm wrong about almost everything I guess one) but I enjoyed it. I had already started reading the manga(which I stopped reading) so I was able to follow along easy enough. Of course, it would have been easy to watch even if I hadn't started the manga. My younger sister never touched the manga but she still followed along easy enough. She actually had her favorite characters.
Speaking of characters, let's review them.

Allen Walker
This is a very general picture of Allen. His arm is activated. I'll try to find a picture of his innocence not activated to post near the end so you can see it. Now, I really like Allen. He's my third favorite character. And the way he talks about his master and how cruel he was adds to the humor of the anime(especially when he was telling Lenalee about it and all the girls were all like "He sounds wonderful!"). Anyway, Allen is awesome! And with Timcampy at his side the humor is a lot funnier! Like when he was remembering the plant eating him and Timcampy was biting his head in the same way as the plant. LOL! ^.^

Lenalee Lee
Well, I like Lenalee. I think she has a good heart. The only thing I dislike is her name. "Lenalee Lee" is hard to say. Anyway, usually she goes around in a black dress and then, when she need to fight, she just activates her innocence and gets kicking. It's uncommon for her to be in the outfit shown in the picture while on mission.

Kanda
I think his name is, like Kanda Yuu or something like that...I'm not sure. I just know his first name because of the Anaconda. Anyway, Kanda is more brawn than brain. He's also really cold-hearted and mysterious. He has this whole "honor" thing shown when he was fighting the immortal Italian warrior, but I haven't seen it since. He gets really annoyed at Lavi, who likes to joke with him, and I have a picture that I plan on posting to show you what Lavi did once(let me tell you, it's a sign that Kanda should cut his hair...)

Lavi. <3.<3
This is Lavi. He is my favorite character  by far. *eyes turn into hearts* And when you see his hair down...wow. I promise you, I'm gonna get a pic of it! And I love how carefree he is and how much he jokes. And how his eyes go crazy every time he sees a girl. It's hilarious! And in four years we'll be the same age! :P Lol, jk. It's true, but I'm not gonna go completely crazy over an anime guy(but seriously, I do love Lavi!)

Aristar Krory
Krory is a very, very, VERY depressed guy. He's also a real idiot. But, unlike Yuuki from Vampire Knight(who gives stupid a new meaning), I actually like him. He's my second favorite character. He seems to believe that there's good in every Akuma. Whatever. He's still a nice guy. He just cries too much...

Komui Lee
Yeah, he's Lenalee's brother. He does nothing but dote on Lenalee. In "Lenalee's Love" he goes insane trying to kill the guy, and I actually felt sorry for the poor Akuma that pretended to look like him. And he seems to have a thing for Sir Komlins and bunnies... Anyway, he's a complete idiot. He sometimes acts like a a serious guy, but all signs are gone when he talks of Lenalee or finds a parasitic type excoricst(poor Allen...whenever he gets his arm injured I think "Oh, poor Allen! Komui's gonna get it!")

Miranda
Miranda is completely hopeless. She is worse than Krory, and that takes some effort. She got lost on her way to the Black Order, and then she got lost once Lenalee had found her. Once she got there, she tries climbing the cliff with the clock tied to her back. She's completely hopeless. However, my younger sisters and I go around singing her song.

Bookman Kicking Lavi
Bookman is really old. Lavi always calls him "Old Panda" making Bookman beat him up. It's really fun to watch Lavi make fun of Bookman only to get kicked, but whatever. Just goes to show: never underestimate an old man.

Millenium Earl
So, I cannot spell his name correctly... I'll just tell you: he is really weird. I think his smile is creepy and his ears are like an elf's. His hate changes designs a lot and I wanna know what is under it.

Lero

Lero is really a mystery to me. Whatever. I mainly feel sorry for her when Rhode decides she wants to play with her.

Rhode
I hate Rhode, to say the least. She's abusive of Lero and and is a spoiled child. She's weird and just someone I dislike.

Tyki Mikk trying to get Rhode to leave him alone
So, I found a Gif of the scene I was going to say. He imitates Lero by saying, "Please let me read, Lero," or something like that. Anyway, Tyki is weird. He has a second life that he leads where he's a human. His butterflies are confusing, but whatever. He's okay, I guess.

General Cross
Well, he's weird from what I've seen of him. He lets poor Allen get chased around by Akuma. I'm curious about his Innocence. Also, what's with that mask of his? Other than that, I think his giant golem is cool, but only cause it looks like a Giant Timpcampy. :P

-
Anyway, those are the character reviews I can think of. Here are some random pics:

Why you try not to let Lavi get bored.
Bookman vs. Lavi

ROFL!
Bookman vs. Lavi

This is why you never offer to by Allen dinner...

Leave it to Krory to be on the ground...

Lavi with his hair down. <3.<3
